How much notice do I need to give before getting access to my storage?
You have FREE and flexible access to your belongings.
What's the minimum length of contract?
One week is the minimum length of contract.
How can I pay?
We take standing orders, Bank transfers or cleared cheques. For business customers we can invoice the company.
What else do you need before I can start storing?
For domestic storage we ask you to bring along some photo identity and a utility bill to confirm your address details. If you are moving home then confirmation details of the new address. For business customers a copy of your business letterhead and, where appropriate a purchase order.
What can I store?
The choice is yours however you cannot store hazardous, harmful or dangerous items such as chemicals or fuel. Perishable foodstores are not allowed although canned and dried foods are accepable. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and store items we deem unsafe, a threat to the environment, to people or property. We therefore ask that you make clear to us any items you think might be a problem.
Are my goods insured?
We can offer insurance cover from 69p per £1000 value of the goods.
Do I need a lock for my room?
Yes. We will, for a small charge, supply you with a brand new padlock.
